I have a question about the 6-year time limit for H1B visa. After this 6-year period expired and I still not granted with green card, do I have to leave U.S. for 1-year if I plan for a new H1B?Can I choose to stay in U.S. to attend a school such as a Business school for 1-2 years and reapply the new H1B after the graduation?

You should apply immigration petition 365 days before your 6th year of H-1B expired, or get I-140 approved before your 6th years of H-1B expired.In that case, you can apply for H-1B extension until USCIS makes decision on your immigration petition.
