请问高人在签证的时候,移民官让我们消除(6)(C)(1)的误导,还说要请美国这里的律师帮忙,请问是什么意思,什么误导呢?希望有高人指点迷津!万分感谢!

221g(a)(6)©(1) (entered marriage for immigration purpose)可能需要证明婚姻是真实的，不是为了移民而假结婚。引用:It is important to gather as much documentation as you can to prove that you have an ongoing comittment to eachother. In your case maybe more than others....chat logs, phone call logs, pictures, travel documents, affidavits from both families stating that the marriage is based on love, joint bank accounts, joint real estate ownership, anything you can think of to show that your marriage is true.
