Hi Lucy!Sorry. I can't type Chinese on my laptop.I'm a American. I'm currently applying green card for my wife. I'm preparing to file i130 and i485. So my question is"I haven't file my taxes forms for 4 years because I couldn't figure it out how to file properly since I got married. And we lived in China for 5 years. My wife and I married each other for 3 years. What do I need to do? Should I find co-sponsor? Is it ok I don't submit the tax returns? -William and Mary(I can read Chinese)

In order to sponsor for your spouse, you need to provide the most recent year's tax return and proof of current income. If you didn't file tax return for the most recent year, you will need to： 1. use your asset (property or bank savings) 2. find a joint sponsor
