七月28号收到的email说RFE邮寄了，需要补材料。但是现在8月22号了，还没有收到信件。也去邮件里提到的官网提交没有收到RFE的request了，但是说九月5号才能回复。请问大家我该怎么办？

Lucy 你好，我今天给移民局打电话询问能不能发一份RFE的copy，但是他们说我在8月14号已经联系过他们了，必须在等30天才能再次联系。 我在14号的时候在他们的提供的网址 www.uscis.gov/e-request上填写了Didn't receive notice by mail 选项。现在我的网上系统里有这个提示：As of August 14, 2015, your inquiry about a Request For Evidence that you did not receive, referral number XXX, is currently not assigned for processing. 然后收到邮件：Expect a reply by September 5.这意味着我只能等吗？毕竟七月28号收到的RFE邮件通知到现在还没收到，在等30天的话不知道来不来的急。我在网上查看了预约infopass，但是没有看到适合我情况的选项。他们提供的选项有：1：Order from Immigration Court - If you were directed to us for processing based on an order from the Immigration Judge. You must bring all documents required in the post order instructions given to you by the court. 2：Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing.3：EAD inquiry appointment - If your I-765 employment authorization application has been pending for more than 90 days.4：Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment.请问我应该选择哪一个呢？
