请问：我姐姐给我于2002年申请移民，但姐姐因病离世，现在我面临两个问题，一是这分移民申请是否还继续有效？如果排期到了应该怎么办理移民？二是如果我不想移民了，如何在最快的时间里取消这份申请？先致谢意

第一个没法回答~~希望知道的人能帮助你第二个应该就是不要去管就可以了，好像是超过一年会自动取消的

Here is the answer:You should have the I-130 Receipt Notice, with this notice you could write to the Service Center, such as Califronia Service Center, to ask the Center to Cancel the application due to that the Applicant died.Or you do nothing, when the case is approval and transferred to National Visa Center,, the National Visa Center will ask your Sister to finish the 4 Packages--if no body to do that,the Visa Center will deem this case automatically be cancelled
