已拿到美国绿卡（子女申请父母类），是否要求每离境半年必须返回美国一次？如果没有如期返回，是否会取消绿卡？取消了以后还能重新申请吗？会不会不批呢？谢谢！

如果预计离美会超过半年的话，可以申请回美证，回美证一般2年有效期回美证一般很难连续申请或续期，如果没有长期打算留美的话，其实绿卡也没有多大用处，反而会比较麻烦

Here is the professional answer for your situation:1) After you back to China and stay in China over 4 months, then when you enter the USA, the USCIS officer will give you a warning. Not take your card back.2) If you do it again, the second time, the US CIS officer may take your Green Card and keep it and at the same time ask you to go to the immigration Court to talk to the Judge and you must go the the immigration Court to let the judge to make the decission to you whether you could take the card back or not--so you still can enter the USA but you must go to the court if you do not want to give up the Card.3) If you are blocked by the US CIS officer, and you want to give up your Card, then you could tell the Officer, you want to give up the Card and then you will be given the B-1/2 status and waiver to go to the immigration court.
