请问高人我有递解令在身，（本人全家不在美国境内）就是有10年不能入境的惩罚，那我还可不可以和老公一起办随从移民去美国啊？老公现在他美国公民的姐姐帮他申请的兄弟姐妹移民排期到了，老公正在办移民当中，现在是p2阶段，正在做担保，马上就快p3了，那我可以和女儿一起办随从移民签证吗？谢谢了
