I just returned America and married with America citizen with K1 visa, and prepare to apply temporary green card,my husband from DHS estern Form center just get the Forms I-485 I-693 I-864 I-765 I-131,but never to get the I-130, why? whether or not we still need to fill out the I-130Form?please help to me know that where to get the I-130 Form ?and how to contact with local immigrat office? now I live in largo, near to tampa immigrant office....... ( or whether or not we need to contact with chicago immigrant office ? )my computer no chinese langue, please answer me use chinese langue I could understand more well.and please tell me more key details before we send the documents. we are old people need more help. thanks very much.
