我有急事向你请教，恳请你能给予帮助。我是2001年8月的F4，2010年9月接到NVC的通知开始办理相关手续，9月24号我把DS-3032表格寄往NVC，经查询该地址确认表已于10月7号到达NVC，而时至今日我却未受到NVC给我的任何新指示。而和我同一天（9月24号）寄出DS-3032表格的妹妹（我俩为同一担保人）却于10月24号收到NVC的要求，寄出了F4-P3的所有资料，且缴纳了404刀的签证费。10月29号我给NVC发出了查询邮件，10月30号NVC回复邮件如下，我由于英语基础较差对该回复不很理解，且由于对F4移民办理的步骤知之甚少，所以不敢轻举妄动，我的P3资料丶签证费该如何处理？下一步我该如何行动？请您给予具体详实的操作指导！！谢谢！！附：NVC回复信件（部分）内容xx x（美申请人姓名）xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx（美申请人住址）*GUZ20057xxxxx* CHECKLISTOctober 29, 2010NVC Case Number: GUZ20057xxxxxDear xx x（美申请人姓名）:We have reviewed the documents which you submitted in support of an application for an immigrantvisa.
