首先是H1B的申请材料：现在的H1B获批率如此低的情况下，材料准备充分就显得尤为重要了。根据美国官方的visa news总结的申请H1B的material checklist，我们需要将如下材料准备齐全：REQUESTED PHOTOCOPIES:1) Copy of every page of your passport containing writing and/or stamps;2) Copy of your college/university degree (if you have your university/college transcripts, please provide us with copies. If you do not have them, please order them because we may need them;3) Copy of your license or temporary license;4) If you are a healthcare workers, a copy of your Visa Screen certificate;5) Current resume including your employment history;6) Copy of your current white I-94 card;7) If currently employed, copy of your most recent W-2 and most recent pay statement;8) Copy of all professional certificates and state licensure to practice your profession if your profession requires licensure;9)Copy of all immigration documents demonstrating your status since entering the United States (this includes copies of CIS approval notices, I-20s and I-AP 66s, if applicable);10) Copy of the offer letter from your prospective employer;11) If you have had your credentials evaluated to the equivalent of a U.S. Bachelors degree, please provide us with a copy of the credentials evaluation.其次是H1B的申请流程如下：1. 美国雇主为外籍员工提供了一个需要专业知识的岗位。在外籍员工接受了这份工作后，美国雇主同意为其申请H-1B签证。2. 雇主聘请移民律师来协助其申请，从而建立了委托代理关系。3. 律师根据H-1B的申请要求收集所有的文件和信息。4. 律师查询受益人的职位在该地区的现行工资标准（Prevailing Wage）。5. 雇主申请人的代理律师向劳工部递交《劳工情况申请表》（LCA）。6. 获得劳工部批准的LCA后，代理律师可向移民局递交H-1B申请。7. 一般来说，当申请数量超过名额上限时，移民局会用电脑抽签来选定哪些申请占到名额。初次申请的小伙伴们一定要好好注意每一个细节。若有其他更多问题，欢迎随时与我们联络!
