我是L2签证，I94时间是2年； 老公是L1，I94时间是3年，我是否可以根据老公的I94时间申请延期吗？如果可以，如何办理，谢谢大家了！ :D

你的I-94的到期时间应该是和你先生的到期时间是一致的，如果不一致的话，可以去机场的移民局Office, 让他们做修改或者自己在要到期之前File I-539办理延期

Your question is not very clear--your application was filed at the same time as your husband or one year later? 1)If both your case and your husband's case were filed at the samer time, then L-1 and L-2 should get the same valid period to stay in the USA. 2) If you entered the USA later than your husband, the US CIS officer has the right to give you the valid period different with your husband's L-1.For more infromation, please go to my website:www.chinesecometous.com
