我是L2签证，I94时间是2年； 老公是L1，I94时间是3年，我是否可以根据老公的I94时间申请延期吗？如果可以，如何办理，谢谢大家了！ :D

你的I-94的到期时间应该是和你先生的到期时间是一致的，如果不一致的话，可以去机场的移民局Office, 让他们做修改或者自己在要到期之前File I-539办理延期
