2021年3月10日起出租culver city一间小房间 (有独立卫生间)，此房间在一所4000多平方尺的大house里，house自带洗衣机烘干机，停车方便。只租单人, 房租650/月，水电网气所有费用总共$50. 房间有床和桌椅，拎包入住，长短租皆可。House离机场12分钟车程，离UCLA，smc15分钟车程，邻近众多公司和405高速，交通方便，社区安全。室友是IT工程师，非常友好。谢谢！

请谨慎考虑此房源。房间一到晚上就会特别冷。屋子的暖气/冷气都不能开。家里还有小孩子在，非常的吵。家里有位老奶奶喜欢八卦别人的事情，老喜欢说以前租客的坏话。如果你住进来不想成为她嘴里的饭后闲谈的话，请找其他房源。Please consider this listing carefully. The room gets very cold at night. The heating/cooling in the room cannot be turned on. There are children in the house and it is very noisy. There is an old woman in the family who likes to gossip about other people's things and always likes to talk bad things about the previous tenant. If you live in and don't want to be her after-dinner chat, please find another listing.
