You will be sharing the condo with 2 male roommates － a legal professional and a Cal Tech post doctorate. Your room is furnished as seen in the photos and the condo is equipped with washer, dryer, central air conditioner and heater, 70 inches TV, etc. A quiet and clean tenant is preferred. The rent is $740/month. You will be sharing utilities (electricity, gas, internet) with 2 other roommates. The earliest move-in time is December 1, 2020.
