回复: 正在申请公寓，能不能撤销申请啊？刚注意阿省规定和BC省有些不同，这个要看申请时签的协议，如果申请协议里规定不退就不退了。 Application FeeA landlord may charge an "application fee" and should let the tenant know about it before taking the application. It is the landlord’s choice whether or not to refund the fee if the application is denied or approved. The prospective tenant who does not want to pay such a fee does not have to apply to rent the residential premises.
