请大家注意这是一个网上银行，没有分行和柜台的，电话服务也没有中文，要取钱需要到Scotiabank的柜员机，不着急的话就在网上转到其他银行再去取。所以用他们家的前提是英文要好一些并且熟悉网上银行操作。正因为这样成本低，所以他家的存款利率什么的要好一些。
