The opportunity is best suited for a diligent and self-motivated multi tasker who can manage and execute requests in a fast-paced environment, and deliver quality work within tight deadlines. Responsibilities:Complete month end balancing of all A/P, A/R and inter-company accounts. Conduct month end and year end reporting/closing. Prepare month end schedules and regular postings to the general ledger for journal entries, reversing entries, and scheduled entries. Provide year-end working paper files and provide assistance to external auditors. Maintain G/L chart of accounts, analyze GL accounts and month end journal entries. Oversee daily sales reconciliations. Oversee payroll function. Oversee accounts receivables, accounts payables and invoicing functions. Requirements:1 to 3 years of experience and/or CGA with general knowledge in accounting procedures. CGA or working towards CGA preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of BusinessVision preferred. Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision. ?/FONT> Ability to work independently. ?/FONT> Excellent attention to detail. ?/FONT> Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.?/FONT> Ability to multi-task with tight deadlines.
