Canada Youth summer program. 10 weeks, potential to permanent work, work in office, not from home.
(a) is between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;
(b) is a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the
Immigration and Refugee Protection Act*; and
(c) is legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial / territorial legislation and regulations.
*International students are not eligible. Recent immigrants are eligible if they are Canadian Citizens or permanent residents.

JLC Golf and more, located in Scarborough, an established importer and wholesaler in golf, promotional products. We are currently looking to add a detail-oriented, results focused individual to our office who has a passion to promote sales over e-commerce.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound wholesale customer calls from assigned lead.
· Responsible for a minimum number of calls daily.
· Determine customer requirements in order to recommend products.
· Increase sales by up-selling services, add-on sale’s and cross-selling.
· Generate customer quotes, follow up and close sales. ·
· Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt manner.
· Assist with moving these traditional wholesales into electronic sales by:
· Use our order management, CRM software to prepare order, update contacts, maintain accurate forecast and other customer information.
· Update the system with price changes, product descriptions, graphics, copy and other visual communications.
· Assist to maintain product catalogs and websites with most updated information on a regular basis
· All other duties as required
Requirements:
· Proficient MS Office applications,
· Experience of Graphic design software, such as InDesign, Illustrator, an asset
· Experience of Shopify will be an asset.
Post-secondary education is considered an asset
· Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Working hour and Pay:
· Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
35 hours per week,
