A prosperous metal recycling company is looking for a bookkeeper on permanent basis. Must have 1 year relevant work experience. Some College diploma and strong ability of bank reconciliation would be an asset.
JOB DUTIES AS A BOOKKEEPER
• Maintenance, record keeping and balancing of financial records and various accounts
• Preparing trial balance of books, maintaining general ledgers and prepare financial statements
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills
• Complete and submit tax remittance forms, and other government documents
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
