花了半天时间，看了BRIAN SU的博客，大堆的广告后终于了解了一些国内的EB-5行业动向。 While USCIS is raising the standards on EB-5 program in the US, in China Guangdong exit-entry authority has initiated an investigation review on a major emigration agency. Chinese investor clients of a Guangdong based licensed emigration service firm filed complaints on the ground of "fraud and defrauding Chinese investors" against the emigration broker. It is reported by the industry insider that the emigration agency has received over a dozen I-829 denials on EB-5 projects the firm represented. A number of key executives have left the firm due to constant threats from clients. to The firm has been requested by the authority to reduce its EB-5 promotional activities in the province. Shanghai Exit Entry Service Association (immigration trade group) is also taking measures to ensure quality services to Chinese EB-5 investors
