问问大家，是等到孩子出生了再发Email告知，然后按回信补充材料，还是现在就写信去说一声好呢？

BJ 0213 FN 10.10.13--> 11年10月19日补妍妍资料-->10月25日IP，等ME-->12年1月31日DM-->12年3月收拒信，同时补材料申诉-->12年4月收补料信，申诉成功？-->13年3月11日me到-->13年3月21日补料寄出-->13年7月16日收到签证。-->13年9月30日初次登陆-->14年2月13日长登。我和你的情况差不多，前几天FN满9个月了按照指引发邮件去询问，被告知要继续等待，然后给了个LIST，要求在小孩出生3个月内补料。点击展开... 能把list发出来大家看看吗？我家女儿刚出生，我想直接补料了。不知道不办理小孩的护照是否可以，没有护照那么表格里面小孩的护照号如何填写？
