在加拿大
Your child or a child of your spouse or common-law partner will be considered a dependent child if that child: is under the age of 22 and not married or in a common-law relationship; or married or entered into a common-law relationship before the age 22 and, since becoming a spouse or a common-law partner, has(i) been continuously enrolled and in attendance as a full-time student in a post secondary institution accredited by the relevant government authority and(ii) depended substantially on the financial support of a parent; or is 22 years of age or older and, since before the age of 22, has(i) been continuously enrolled and in attendance as a full-time student in a post secondary institution accredited by the relevant government authority and(ii) depended substantially on the financial support of a parent; or is 22 years of age or older, has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent since before the age of 22 and is unable to provide for him/herself due to a medical condition. Dependent children must meet the above requirements both on the day a complete application for a permanent resident visa is submitted and, without taking into account whether they have attained 22 years of age, on the day a visa is issued to them. 我的理解是只要递表时满足上面那两个条件，不考虑签证发给你得那天你是否是22岁。 我的理解正确么？

回复: 恳请各位好朋友帮我确认一下什么是dependent children不完全正确，我的理解是发签证的时候可以超过22岁，但要符合dependent children，递料时候要满足，发签证时候也要满足如果超过22岁，只要满足1）不结婚、同居；2）持续在官方认可的全日制学校学习；3）经济上依赖父母这三点是否必须同时满足我不是很清楚，保险起见，建议同时满足，对您家应该没困难现在天天泡饭店，昨晚没接到您的电话，一喝酒就忘了回了，等想起来太晚了，见谅！昨天找我就是这事儿吧？
