加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民在linc6学习过4个月，还需要参加入籍英文考试吗？

请问大家：朋友是2011年5月到8月在linc6级班学习过英文，后来就没有再学了，当时没有拿任何证书。像这种情况还需要参加入籍英文考试吗？谢谢先！
