小孩子长登后不需要等3年时间，就可以申请入籍？如果是这样的话，小孩子英文不好，入籍考试还需要吗？

回复: 小孩子长登后能马上入籍？楼上说的是最保险的做法但是我上次听课的时候说的是，就算是孩子没有居民身份，只要父母有一方是公民就可以申请入籍。只要入籍申请批下来的时候你孩子还未满18岁。

刚才发现自己的签名还是N年前回国之前的。想不到又要回来了。多带一个小宝贝回来。计划中ing!楼上说的是最保险的做法但是我上次听课的时候说的是，就算是孩子没有居民身份，只要父母有一方是公民就可以申请入籍。只要入籍申请批下来的时候你孩子还未满18岁。点击展开...这不，园子里有个tz就是这种情况，小孩给拒了。
