大家好！ 之前帮父母申申请移民 今天收到通知没有抽中。但自己原计划今年10月份就去美国工作了，请问如果在美国工作，也在加拿大报税的话，明年还可以帮父母申请移民吗？ 非常感谢！ 目前是身份是PR.

NO. To sponsor your parent or grandparent, you must be living in Canada.想想看啊，你自己不在加拿大，你申请父母去加拿大团聚，这完全不make sense啊。

担保人如果是公民，无所谓在哪里居住。如果是PR，申请时必须在加拿大。你太太不能作为申请人。
