回复: 请问申请延期签证被拒，可以再申请吗，是什么手续呀是不是最近很紧呢，我有个朋友的妈妈也给拒了，以前好像没听说延期还被拒的。好像可以再申请,看看是不是这个：Applying to change conditions or extend your stay in Canada ― Visitor (IMM 5551) Restoration of status You may seek restoration within 90 days after your status as a visitor, student or worker has been lost, if you have only failed to comply with one or more of the following conditions: You lost status because you remained in Canada longer than the period authorized for your stay (but not longer than 90 days)You changed employers, type of work, or location of work without applying to change these conditions if they were specified on your visitor record. 回复: 请问申请延期签证被拒，可以再申请吗，是什么手续呀thanks a lot. i phoned CIC this early morning( It took me almose an hour to get hold of them), They told me if the visa is not expired yet, i can re-send application, if it is expired then maybe apply for the restoration within 90days. I have the same feeling that it is not easier than before. because last year i extended my parents-in-law here for one more year, it is approved without any problems.i think i am not lucky. we just sent the application to beijing for immigration for my parents,then it is stopped the processing in beijng. and now i am sending the application in canada for extention. it is not easy to make the officer happy and satisfy. in the refusal letter, the officer indicated that i am not satisfied with this application. how can i make the officer happier?

回复: 请问申请延期签证被拒，可以再申请吗，是什么手续呀那就再试试吧，反正又不影响移民。既然他们知道你父母办移民，可能会不高兴，那就干脆直说，就说父母和你们相处非常好，很想和你们生活在一起，也很喜欢这个美丽的国家，所以上次居住一段时间回去后就申请了移民，他们肯定肯定不会呆在这里很长时间的，因为在移民下来之前国内有很多的事情要打理。现在可不可以再呆一段时间，孙子听说奶奶要回去都哭了，因为原计划一起要去某某地游玩的，还要为他庆祝生气。所以我们决定再申请一次延期，让父母能再多陪我们这个夏天，我们可以一起去游玩，多照些照片带回去给亲戚朋友欣赏。而且我们计划等这次延期到期时可以陪父母一起回中国......哈哈，我瞎想的，编故事呢，不懂他们，说不定换个移民官就通过了。
