4. 11.26 收到邮件要求补充Common Law Partner(CLP) 的信息，更新之前提交的表格，并告知要再次审核
问题:
1. 这个时候可以带CLP一起移民么 CLP现在是符合新政的要求的
2. 重新审核的话 大概要多久呢
以下是移民局发的关于CLP补充资料的 PDF信息:
Thank you for informing us of your change in marital status.
If your spouse or common-law partner (CLP) is a Canadian citizen or if they have obtained permanentresidence status in Canada, you are required to send us a proof of their status (birth certificate, PermanentResident Card, etc.).
If your spouse or CLP is NOT a Canadian citizen or has NOT obtained permanent residence status inCanada, you will need to complete each of the following steps in order to have them added to yourexisting application and examined for compliance with admissibility requirements (medical, criminalityand security). Unless otherwise stated, the following is mandatory whether or not your spouse or CLPdecides to accompany you to Canada.
1. Processing fee and Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) for your spouse or CLP
2. A recent photograph of your spouse or CLP
3. Forms
Updated Generic Application form for Canada IMM 0008 for yourself and your spouse or CLP
Updated Additional Family Information form IMM 5406 for yourself and your spouse or CLP
A completed and signed Schedule A Background/ Declaration IMM 5669 by your spouse or CLP
Supplementary Information Your Travels form IMM5562 E for your spouse or CLP
If applicable: A completed and signed IMM5409 Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union
4. Documents
Copy of your spouse’s or CLP’s birth certificate
Copy of your spouse’s or CLP’s valid passport
If applicable: Copy of your marriage certificate
If your spouse or CLP was previously married, copy of their divorce certificate
5. Police certificate
6. Please provide a completed Principal Applicant Relationship Assessment Questionnaire &Spouse Relationship Assessment Questionnaire (attached).
7. Evidence of the relationship between you and your spouse,
8. Medical certificate

- 技术上， 是可以的。
2. 重新审核的话 大概要多久呢。
- 时间， 很难说准。

也可以， 自己先登陆，然后再用 担保方式， 申请配偶。

不管CLP是否随同你通过新政移民，目前作为你的CLP都需要按照要求提供补料信里的这些信息以及完成体检、无犯罪记录的检查等。申请中间加配偶一般都会拖慢审理进度，会审理多久，说不好。

担保移民， 大约一年。

楼主也真的牛，现在积压那么严重。担保她不好么，非要自己在倒回去重新排队审核

理论上审理期间补充配偶信息跟申请类别没有关系，有75分CEC的客户，6月28追加Common-law文件，10月28日Portal，可以参考；境内担保的周期大概是10个月
