在最新的儿童单独申请入籍的清单中取消了14岁以下需要提供学校成绩单的要求，但在Instruction guide里面仍然有这个要求如下：Minors under 14 years of age:
i) School documents/Education records: provide photocopies of all official education records if the minor attended an educational institution in the past 5 years. If the minor was home schooled, submit photocopies of written proof of registration as determined by the respective Ministry of Education in the province or territory where you live. If the minor does not have these documents, please explain in question 13.
