各位大神， 刚刚收到portal的登录名和密码，登录进去只有我的信息，没有我的partner.但是里面有这样两段话“This portal will help you (and your accompanying dependant(s)) confirm your permanent resident status and receive your permanent resident card. Once you have completed the declaration, click “Submit” and move on to the next step. ”
“If you are completing the PR confirmation process on behalf of an accompanying family member:
I declare on behalf of xxx that they are currently in Canada. I have answered truthfully to all questions on their behalf. This includes providing all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.
You must submit the declaration in order to proceed with the rest of the process.”
这个是意味着我只要填了这个，就能代表我的partner吗？然后照片上传我和我partner的就可以了吗？

每个随同移民的申请人，所有自己的section需要填写信息和提供conscent。 如果你当时回复信息提供了配偶的邮箱和信息，他会收到自己的portal链接的
