加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民18个月open work permit
在加拿大
感谢国威大大和新生代之前CEC的帮忙，去年10月成功AOR，等了七个多月也还没收到copr。工签七月过期，现在不得不办18个月的open work permit了。。。
现在有几个问题还需要再请教你们。
1. 5710e表格最开始的 I am applying for one or more of the following, 选Apply for a work permit with the same employer, 因为我目前有工作并不需要选Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer. 请问我的选择对吗？
2. 在Details of intended work in Canada，第一个问题 what type of work permit are you applying for? 选Open Work Permit而不是选Post Graduation Work Permit。请问对吗？
3. 在client information里，我提供了一封解释信说under the public policy facilitating the issuance of an open work permit to former or current PGWP holders to stay longer in Canada during this difficult time。然后还提供了在职证明。请问还需要提供毕业证，AOR receipt吗？或者其他有关材料吗？

- 选Apply for a work permit with the same employer。

- 建议选 PGWP。
