今天给这个id发信，关于问120天期限的问题，可是得到的回复如下“Please be advised that we require the applicant's name (in pin-yin), date of birth and the file number (if available) to access the file. Please restate your initial question or request along with the above information.” 是不是说每次给他们发信都要在信里面开口写下：name (in pin-yin), date of birth the file number 请有经验的大侠指点
