I am pleased to follow up on your request: Missed citizenship exam or InterviewIf you missed or cannot attend the citizenship exam/interview (first notification), you will be rescheduled automatically.If you received the final test or interview notice and cannot attend, you have 30 days from the date the appointment was scheduled to send a letter of explanation and a proof to support your explanation to the to the responsible office. The mailing address and/or fax number for the office are indicated on the letter you received. If the office does not receive a valid explanation within 30 days, your file will be closed.
