请教各位大侠：我已于2009年入籍。我应如何填写以下两项。请帮忙检查以下。Application to Sponsor and Undertaking的第10项：-Are you a Canadian Citizenship: "Yes", 再填上入籍日期。-Are you a permanent resident? "No"-If you are a canadian resient, is your clain to citizenship by descent? "No". Application to Sponsor and Undertaking 第11项：-If you are a permanent resient or a naruralized canadian citizen, give the name of the country where your application for permanent residence was processed? "China"-Full name at the time you become a permanent resident. "XX XX"-Record of lading /confirmation of perment residence #. 对于这最后一个问题，我还用填吗？ 这登陆纸已经没了。 多谢多谢！
