在加拿大
我现在在申请父母团聚移民， 加拿大境内的部分已经完成，现在case被转去香港大使馆。需要再递交一些材料。现在遇到一个问题，关于CHILDREN’S INFORMATION。 这个部分需要的材料如下：Children’s birth certificates (which name their parents); adoption papers for adopted dependent children; proof of custody for children under the age of 18 and proof that the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court; if the children will not accompany you to Canada, proof that you have fulfilled any obligation stated in custody agreements. Proof of continuous full-time studies of all dependent children aged 22 or over: complete school records/transcripts since attaining age 22, letters from the school(s) indicating the number of hours of classes attended per day, and the number of days attended per week, and proof of full financial support by parents since reaching age 22.我姐姐都已经30多岁了，也不和他们随行去加拿大，也需要提供这些材料吗？出生证明？ 监护义务完成证明？ 全日制学业成绩单等等其他证明？移民的事情和她们完全没有关系，而且她们早就不读书了，也没有这些单子。 我觉得这个部分比较奇怪。有没有人有同样情况的，能把情况说明一下吗？多谢。
