Hello，各位好2015年8月底申請境外HKVO，申請人在境內等，目前還在「in process 」,3月中調檔，終於收到GCMS notes，但是我不明白為什麼案件要送回加拿大CIC？以下是note，求解，拜託！-------------------------------------Officer Review. FOSS SEARCHED. Noted stay in Canada. Case reviewed: Docs and info on file reviewed. PA is ~~ passport holder, which is visa exempt to visit Canada. Relationship established based on evidence submitted. This is the First marriage. I am satisfied the relationship is genuine and has not been entered into primarily to gain a status in Canada. Pass the eligibility assessment. Decision entered. Sponsor eligibility passed. All fees paid. Valid and Clean police certificate *1 on file. RCMP screening completed with no reportable trace. File to Canada-based Officer to proceed with statutory assessment.--------------------------------------（1）到下一步還有多久？（2）需要面試嗎？（3）這是正常現象(必經過程)嗎？ Thanks!
