请问各位在提交团聚申请时候，复印件都做了certification吗？我查了CIC官网对复印件的要求，写着：To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,the name of the original document,the date of the certification,his or her name,his or her official position or title, andhis or her signature.而有此资格的人，在加拿大境外，可以请公证员作此证明。请问大家是如何操作的？需要去公证处做这个certification吗？我有一份医疗文件，是医院的病史室复印的，而且盖上了医院的“病史复印专用章”，如果我把这份文件交上去，算是original，还是photocopy呢？
