要办父母团聚移民，但是之前探亲被拒签过。移民申请表里有一条：have you been refused admission to, or order to leave, Canada or another country?，请问要不要打钩？这跟拒签是一个性质吗？看起来又不像

回复: have you been refused admission to, or order to leave, Canada or another country?要打钩，以前被拒签就属于 been refused admission to Canada。然后说明详情，你就说“由于签证官不恰当的主观认定我父母有移民倾向，导致探亲签证被拒签”。我就这么写的，怕他个啥？

老实做事，诚实作人...回复: have you been refused admission to, or order to leave, Canada or another country?这是申请探亲签证的GUIDE中的内容，从这里看好像be refused admission 与拒签是不同的。要不然为什么要分别列出来呢？当然在移民申请中是没有b和c的，这也是我不明白的地方。 14.
