谢谢，我有认真看了这里的内容了，可是以前申请过F2转F1 的朋友说她好像是寄到这里：USCIS Vermont Service CenterAttn: I-53975 Lower Welden StreetSt. Albans, VT 05479因为我们在北卡。这个是表中第1项，但是写着：1. With a principal’s Form I-129, Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker (which includes a request for change of status or extension of stay)我不是Nonimmigrant Worker啊，所以还是不知道应该寄到哪里？
