请问下Lucy 或者同舟，我看到七月排期B表已经到12.1/2017，我是17年10月份递交130，可是为什么本周我请律师帮忙递件她却说她那里还没有名额？难道说表B排期到了也还是要等什么名额吗？要等多久啊？因为我现在是学生身份，但课业已经结束了，想着递交了485就不用保持身份了，现在我却因为还要等待，只能继续在学校待着。谢谢热心的你们！

如果是绿卡配偶，需要130批了才会看B表，B表到了可以递交485。公民没有定额限制啊…

另外再补充一下，I-130没批也可以按照B表递交，前提在美国身份有效。
