您好！请问我3月份申请的I-130，我5月24号收到Post Decision Activity 这个，我的律师告诉我，一个月内会收到一个报税的信，我想知道下一步该怎么走，该收到什么信？大概多久收到下一封信？对于整个我的移民申请还需要多久？谢谢！On May 24, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

是啊 就是这个IR1 ，K3也申请了 我现在就想知道 已经收到这个批准信了，那就是代表已经寄往广州了吗？还是要再收到一封信才能寄往广州？那我什么时候能收到签证通知？大概要多久

如果上面有说把申请转到 the National Visa Center 的话，就是说他们已经把申请转到大使馆了

可是他后面是这么写的 For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.那就是说没有转到大使馆了吧 那是不是还要等很久 您接触的案例比较多 能不能给我个大概的时间
