请问,申请婚姻绿卡,需要美国公民提供出生证明吗? 很多地方只说了申请人要提供,不知道公民需不需要呢?? 如果证明上有英文,还需要公证吗???另外,公民的护照不需要复印全本是吗???谢谢了~

I-130需要公民提供出生证明。如果是英文的不需要公证。I-485不需要公民提供出生证明。护照上有内容的页面都要复印。

If the US citizen has the Passport, then, no birth certificate needed, if Naturalization, using this naturalization certificate--the purpose just verifying the person is the US citizen.
