我的白卡一年后转绿卡，移民局绿卡寄出后我一直没有收到，多次去信查询，移民局回信I-797C要我填寄I-90表，并付$450美金。其中80元是指膜费。我按要求寄出后，却被退了回来，回信内容：recently,you submitted an application benefits. that form was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your application. your check is being returned to you with this notice. No aIf you havedditional action by you is required at this time.please be sure to complete the application fully,submit the appropriate fees,and include all required supporting documentation.If you have questions about possible immigration benefits and services,filing information,or USCIS forms,please call the USCIS National custvice Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283.If you have any questions or comments regarding this notice or the status of your case,please contact our customer service number.you will be notified separately about any other case you may have filed.我用有道翻译过，此回信好像矛盾，实在看不懂，请高手帮忙翻译并指点一二，有谁碰到过类似事情吗？请多多指教。谢谢了！

谢谢你关注。I-90是补办绿卡的表，其收取费用，80元是指膜费，370元是绿卡制作费。恳请哪位高手帮忙翻译移民局的英文。谢谢了 。

你这不属于绿卡丢失类的补办，是第一次没收到，。，所以移民局不收你费用。。。切忌绿卡受到之前保证的你的收信地址能收到邮件。。。
