To be the residents in "Del Rey Mobile home park" (located at 3026 N. Barlett Ave, Rosemead; NW section of Rosemead and Garvey Blvd. south of FWY 10 ) , it must pass the following tests:1. Limited to one or two adult occupants, age 55 and up (required by the management of Mobile park)2. No kids, no pets (dog or cat)3. Own the mobile home (trailer structure), i.e. buy the home from me (seller) first, in the mean time, apply for the rental from landlord of Del Rey Mobile home park to get approved, paying the monthly space rent $765, including water, and pay additional electricity and natural gas.4.
