向对法律条文比较熟悉的网友们请教一些关于母婴保护条例的事情。

起因：
我在怀孕前注册了一个网上课程，6个月左右，原本是很有冲劲、信心满满的。

这个课程是按照学员自己的进度进行的。开课后没多久，我就怀孕了。孕期前3个月，虽然我没有呕吐反应，但整个人的状态很不好，失眠，极端困乏，精神很糟糕，注意力很难集中，心情有时很郁闷，加上家里有很多其它杂事，课程就严重拖延下来。内心是很motivated的，但真的有心无力。

12月中课程就结束，如果要延期，要继续交钱。按照课程条款q & a，多交238欧就可以无限期延长。我之前咨询过他们，竟然成了每月交238欧／月，这就太贵了。


我自己搜了一下，mutterschutz好像主要是针对女性雇员在工作期间怀孕要受到保护，强调保护雇佣关系, Mother & Child Protection at the Workplace.

我的问题是：德国的母婴保护条例里，有没有一些条文是关于怀孕学员在培训课程期间的一些权利的？ 比如，免费延长一段时间的学习？
                   ** 我注册的这个课程不是大学的课程，而是一些机构举办的短期职业培训。

如果有相关条文，我打算跟课程的student advisor谈谈。如果没有，那我打算放弃了，多交几个月钱意义不大。

个人认为可以仔细看一下你签的课程合同的AGB和BGB, Mutterschutzgesetz里Kündigung相关条款

它有关于延长或者暂停课程的条理。但是没有提到Mutterschutzgesetz。

我之前问过他们，提到我怀孕了，他们就避而不答，只是说参照课程合同。

就这两条，没别的了。我的课程是英语授课，虽然机构在柏林。

Can I pause my course?We’ve designed our courses to be flexible enough to fit around most of those unforeseeable life events. This gives you plenty of time to finish everything up, even if you have to take a few days off from studying in order to focus on other things. As long as you’re working regularly and steadily on your tasks from the start of your course, you don’t need to worry about falling behind when life happens. Because of that, we don’t currently put courses on pause.If you know that you are going to be away for a bit, let your mentor know! It’s also a good idea to let your mentor know when you plan on getting started again. This ensures he or she won’t be worried about you and will be able to help you stay accountable to getting back up and running.
Can I extend my course?Need a little extra time? Don’t worry, we can help you finish your course! Simply reach out to your student advisor and ask for an extension. To avoid any gaps in your course access, please get in touch at least 72 hours before your course end date. We will then set up a one-time payment and extend your time on the course with your mentor.There is no limit to the number of monthly extensions you can take, so if you decide that you need a second month or a third, it's not a problem! Just let us know.

免费延长没听说过。但是怀孕了应该可以有权提前中止合同。
