加拿大进出口外贸如何在众多同质化竞争对手中拿到单子

本人从事外贸一年多,英语一般,今年5月底才来新公司。公司规模较小(行业稍微冷门,国际市场基本被三家公司占领,三家公司分布美国澳洲中国,价格比我们高很多很多,但质量肯定也是好的。另外我目前所知道也有几家年产值是过亿的,其余剩下的,大多数和我们一样,不怎么成气候),我们产品质量大问题没有,小毛病偶尔有,性价比一般。
6月初收到一个客人询盘,(邮箱是以前业务留下的,估计以前业务写过开发信,但后来没跟进没联系。)
不多说,贴上往来邮件
客人:
Dear Sirs,

As XX products distributor in XX国家 we would like to receive more information about your range of products as well as Price List.

Please send us detailed information in order to study the possibility of adding your products.

( Our main interest is a XX as a very economic version , an a XX as a top model )

Hi XX,
Glad to hear from you, yes our company offers good quality and good price XX.
Our XX are featured with ......(产品优点), and are well received by many XX类型的客人(看了下这个客人的网址,发现他们是针对这种类型的消费者).
Please tell me what quantity do you plan to buy? here I attached price of 100PCS quantity, please check. We offer discounted price for large quantity.
Do you have skype or whats app so we can talk more conveniently? mine is noted below.

客人第二天回复:

Ok , not bad to begin .

Ok , we are comparing different companies and let you know as soon as possible

我回复:
The xx industry is already very mature,The price offered by each factory are similar at the same configuration.
But We will always offer reliable quality and good after-sale service, our factory has a good reputation over all customers.

Hope we can establish long-term and stable business relationship.
客人没回,三天后,我又问

Hi XX,
How are you?
I'm waiting for your response about our XX.Is there price issue?
You always can tell me about your worries.
Hope to hear from you soonest.

他迅速回答说
Hi , no , no it’s not a question of Price , we are checking and negotiating and will take the best price/quality supplier .
I’ll keep you posted

我立马回复
Hi XX
Glad to reveive your fast reply.
I would like to send you more information about our  products.

因为我每次发邮件都是摸着他刚好上班的时刻发的,过了一个小时,他没回,我接着发一封

Are you still comparing? Do you have general ideas of the winches you have known?偷笑表情

客人这次回得很快:
Hi Vivian , don’t know yet , sorry , we have a lot of brands to check .
Do you have European customers to check with them the quality , or are you producing for any with their own brand ?


我回复:
Hi XX,
I can sense you are still hesitating.
I suggest you buy one or two samples to test. Seeing is believing.
Test sample by yourself is the only way as well as the best way for you to know our products. Test result beats the most fabulous words or imagination.

If the market is already full of our product I do not think it's a good thing for your business, because opportunity is rare and need wise people to catch.
We also have good XX models for your market as well.

By the way, we are developing a new XXmodel, that will help to complete your product range.
他没回,一周后,我想着还是发点图片给他。因为很多客人拿了我们的产品,卖的价钱是很低的,这一点我并不想让他知道。于是我把一些客人发来的照片牌子上打了马赛克后发给了她。

他立马回复说:

我接着回了一封

We want to cooperate with you very sincerely.
Also can understand your hesitation in choosing a new supplier.
We will have a good cooperation in the future.

到现在又一个星期了,我现在想继续联系他,问他挑选的情况,也知道他大概不是那个能做最终决定的人,不想逼着他。不知道该问些什么,或者再给他展示些什么,我们没有大客户,绝大多数客人都是很散的,感觉展示出来也没什么代表性,

很迷茫 求给点指点,我没多少经验,表达上也很欠佳,说来说去都是那么几句话,该如何让他选择我们呢,哪怕是先拿个样品。(产品重量比较高,快递费和样品费加起来300-400美金)

Please try to send me some more photos of specific models for your customers , my colleague wants to do it with XX 公司 but I’m more with yours , this will help me  to defend yours in front of XX 公司,
perhaps finally we’ll order 1 or 2 pallets of each of the 4 supliers we have contacted to check yours and theirs


不过昨晚我偷懒没看邮件,今早才看到 , 加油吧 但愿好运!
