这里有两点错误
第一，客户都说了，明天就有会议要谈到很多问题，而且他们的黄小姐也跟你们沟通过了是些什么问题，所以客户需要的不是你告诉他Jack is not available now,其实jack即使是出差了，也可以安排很多事情的，打电话和他沟通
第二，客户不需要知道“工程”是不是比你们更专业， 他需要的是，针对客户客户的问题，你们准备好了怎样回答，而且此回答是否立即能实施
并不是说你这样写不可以，但是却是没有抓住客户的中心问题
